Yes, I believe you can actually go past 360* on a new crush washer. 180* is nothing if the washer is new. Yeah just back it off and turn down again repeatedly until you get there, just cranking tends to take allot of force. |

Crush washers can go just over 400*. Torque is 15-20ft. Start low - torque, back off, torque, backoff .... until timed correctly. It may take one torque or a few depending where your muzzle device starts from once hand tight.
You DO NOT want to make it in one turn. It will create too high of torque. The preferred method is to use a barrel vice but some builds will not allow this option so a block will need to be used - also another reason why you do not want to torque it in one turn. Also, because the washer can crush and then if the muzzle device is taken off at some point the washer may need to be cut off because it will tighten around the threads if it gets torqued in one shot. |

Your pws brake came with a crush washer? Mine came with a number of shims used to time it. I have the older ones I think . http://i821.photobucket.com/albums/zz140/raizo_sekai/IMG_20121020_211214.jpg Pre assembly http://i821.photobucket.com/albums/zz140/raizo_sekai/IMG_20121019_104232_1.jpg |
