I know next to nothing about all the stuff they put on AR's today.  I really like everything about my RRA TO2 but will never hang anything on the quad rails.  Can I remove them and put a standard, plain handguard on this rifle??  I'm not 100% sure how they attach but I hope it's nothing special.

Everything else about this rifle is perfect for me so I'm hoping I can swap the quad rail and have what I want.

You should ask in the Industry, RRA forum. I think you can remove the quad rail but you need some tools to take off the muzzle brake and front sight. I could be wrong though.

Thanks for directing me to the proper area.  I'll try there.

that rifle uses a barrel jam, so you would have to replace it with a standard barrel nut and delta ring to put on a standard handguard.  Even then in not sure if it would work with the gas block/front sight used on that gun.  I actually just got my tactical operator 2 this week and put on a 13 inch alpha rail by troy and a low profile gas block.
