Howdy!

Just joined the forums, but not new to the little black rifle.  Served in the Army during the A1 to A2 transition as well as the M1911A1 to M9 change over.  I've got a wide variety of toys, but the ones that would be of most interest to this crowd are:

Century C15A1

And my most recent birthday present to myself...

Core15 MOE M4 Piston

I'll be taking the Core15 out for it's first action tomorrow and will report in...

Looking forward to learning a bunch from this crowd...

I love the KISS rifles. No lasers, no bipods, no flashlights bigger than the gun itself.  no scopes that can see mars.

Post that A1 in the retro forum pic thread and be careful... there is a very bad illness over that way.. called RBRD... retro black rifle disease... no known cure, symptoms persist until death...

edit... ps that footlocker looks familiar...

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody, much appreciated!

Cycline3, I spent quite a bit of time reading in the retro forum this afternoon and my wannabe Century A1 would get laughed out of there, those guys are hard core!  I learned a ton about the slabsides and differences in the revisions, really cool info....
