A friend of mine recently came across some Colts and an Oly that he inherited and isn't into guns and asked me to help sell them. i did some searching and found some info but there is a couple I'm not sure about.
They are; R6530 lwt sporter 16"- New in the box with an A2 stock Colt 9mm sporter - Like new Colt Sport Target 20" 1/7 Govt profile bbl - like new but a lot of dust on it 6420 A2 with an M4 bbl - used but in good shape ( has an A2 stock with it as well) The Oly is a franken gun with a Colt barrel and what appears to be a Jewel trigger (this one I'm just thinking of parting out as it may be preban) I have the serial numbers but I can't find the link where it shows what are preban and what are post ban guns. They all have lwt bbls on them which I thought only the target models had the Hbar bbls?? |
| Here's the info on Colt serial numbers. Sorry I can't help you out on prices really but I use Gunbroker and then search for completed auctions that actually sold and use that as your baseline price. Sometimes prices get crazy on gunbroker and depending on model, how bad somebody wants it and your local market things can vary a lot. Dealers will give a much lower price than retail of course as they need to sell them and make a profit so I would avoid that route if you can. |
