Does anyone know the overall length of a 14.5" BCM M4 upper with a pinned A2X flash hider (site says 16.1" total barrel length)?
How about the total length wtih a lower, and the stock colalpsed?

depends on the stock.
a Colt M4 with 14.5 barrel, A2 FH & standard stock collapsed is 30.5 inches long.
the extended A2 flash hider is 1/4'' (IIRC) longer than a standard A2.
