| i know this is a very dumb question, i just got a dpms oracle, im just wondering if the stock is adjustable? it looks like it is, but it dont want to move, im just wonder if i might be doing something wrong, or if you cant have them in new york for some dumb reason |

i believe you can't have them in new york it's pinned in place.
