Hi.  Putting together a friends A4 with M4 today.  It's exactly like mine except I used Stag Arms upper assembly, and he used M&A parts inc upper assembly .  My rifle fires great.  His will only chamber a round off the left side feed ramp.  The right side ramp binds the bullet into the shell cassing and jams.  It looks like the feed ramp is not clocked with the feed ramp groove.  What to do?  Thanks guys

Magazine issues perhaps?

Can you take a pic of where the barrel extension meets the feed ramps?

Thanks and sorry for the long delay.  He ended up sending his complete upper back to M&A for repair or replacement.  Thanks again

I had something similar happen. Last year I went to the Crossroads/Small Arms Review guns how in Phoenix and picked up a Colt SOCOM barrel that was attached to a no name upper receiver. I checked what I could and when I tried to cycle the weapon, it would not feed from either side. Turns out the M4 cuts in the receiver were just slightly too deep and the nose of each bullet was catching. I have since replaced the out of spec upper with a Colt upper and have no issues at all
