When you buy a BCG from say spikes for instance does it come with everything.....i.e firing pin and everything to just drop into the upper? So if my upper already has the fwd assist and ejection port door all I should need is the charging handle and BCG?

yep.  Typically if you buy a "BCG" it includes everything... BCG stands for Bolt Carrier Group... The "Group" part is all of the other things that you need like the firing pin/springs/bolt etc.
