Hey guys. What is an easy method to lower the front sight? I have a F marked standard iron front sight, and I need to lower the sight pin a couple of clicks. Thanks in advance for the help.

i'd recommend getting the sight adjustment tool - it has barbs on the end that contacts the detent plunger in the sight base, so you push downward and turn either clockwise or counterclockwise to raise/lower the sight post..

+1 I learned the hard way....just spend the $ 7.00 for a front sight tool, it is worth every penny.
