Sorry, I can't comment on the upper, however, if you start adding up the price for the options then it's no longer a low cost upper. Do you want it just as pictured in the ad?

Nope. I want just the standard parts.  I don't even need the BCG or latch. Just a plain upper with a free floating barrel
