I keep seeing people recommending these so i went and looked at adcos sight cause I hadn't seen these before.  Their.description makes it sound like a stock trigger with just a faster locktime.  What makes this trigger better than a regular milspec?  Are they crisper, smoother, lighter?

Yes, and just as reliable as a USGI.

It's basically the best of the low budget two stage triggers. I got one for my SPR and it's sweet!

It's a two stage trigger.  I haven't tried the S2S, I do have a SSA-E and have used an SSA.  They're both hands down light years ahead of the stock trigger.  There is a light, smooth, short first stage, then a noticeable change in the feel of he trigger.  The second stage is very short, still light, and very crisp.  Excellent triggers, especially for precision shooting.  Pull the trigger until you feel the end of the first stage, re-check sight alignment, then complete the trigger pull.  Works just fine for speed shooting as well, just pull through both stages.
