Hello, I was looking for some help, I repalced my stock on my M&P 15 sport with a magpul and fired one shot and the buffer ret pin popped up causing it to jam, I set the pin back and pulled the charging handle and it did it a few more times, I removed the stock and noticed the buffer tube was only tourqed down to 21 lbs i tighened it to 35lbs as per the instructions. My question is being it's cycling fine now, is there anythingelse i should check befor driving 3 hrs to my not so local range. any advice would be great thank you

If it popped and you could replace it, I don't think your tube is screwed in far enough.

Check your rear take down pin that you didn't loose/crush the detent spring.

Like the other guys said, try screwing in the extension tube a little further so it blocks the detent from coming out. But leave it uncovered enough so the head of the detent still catches the buffer.
