I just put a sse trigger in my spikes lower and the trigger pin turns in the lower when you pull the trigger. Is that normal or should the pin stay put and the trigger shaft spin on the pin?

You mean SSA?
Its usually caused by trigger pin holes that are slightly out of spec "too large" but it does not hurt anything unless they start to walk
I personally would not worry about it, but if it bothers you just get some anti rotation pins
