I've tried searching but am forced to rely on a dial-up computer connection out here in the sticks. It's impossible to even get Brownell's website to load, much less determine if they're got what I'm looking for. I'm trying to find a chrome silicone buffer spring, for a Colt M4 specifically, and would greatly appreciate some direction as to who sells them. It seems that Wolff doesn't, nor does ISMI. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

does it have to be a Colt Part?
There are several quality coil springs to be had
might try BCM.
The VLTOR coil spring seem to be of good quality
I also like LMT

the guy at http://www.defensereview.com/the-big-m4-myth-fouling-caused-by-the-direct-impingement-gas-system-makes-the-m4-unreliable/ seems to like Sprinco, and i've heard great things about their Machine Gunners Lube too, although i haven't personally tried any of their products.

LWRC has Chrome Silicone springs for $5 . . . it's what I have, pretty nice as far as springs go.  Way better than the one that came in my Vltor stock kit.
