| I have a rifle w/a timney trigger (love it). It will not ignite ammo with harder primers. I've heard that they can install a more powerful spring to rectify this problem. Is this true? Anyone ever had it done? |

Timney sels their .308 hammer and spring for $30. It's an easy swap. I had to do it to the timney on my 6920 and plan to get two mor for my other rifles with Timneys.
I should hVe just purchSed the .308 version for my 6.8 to start. Never had a problem, but it makes me feel better with the harder hitting hammer. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Anyone ever had it done? I've shot all kinds of ammo and all kinds of primers with my 20" AR with a Timney... Just out of curiosity, what ammo are you having trouble with? |
