Does anyone know what size these are? I have a local hardware store and need one for a friend, would rather not do a midway order for this.

i lost mine as well, i bought the smallest clamp they had at true value, and very gently closed it a bit with needlenose pliers, then snapped it on.

PSA has a 5-pack for $3. You could order a couple more small parts and start a small repair/replacement parts kit.
