[ARCHIVED THREAD] - USGI trigger reset sound

so I recently put a USGI trigger back in my gun and was surprised by the sound of the trigger reset, maybe its just been so long that I'm not used to it but is it supposed to sound like more of a thud/pop?

Yes. It's more of a thud than a click.

It's definitely noticeable...and the good news is you noticed it ( = probably good trigger control on your part).
