What's a good drop in Trigger for my Bushmaster AR-15? Timney is the only one I've heard of? What do you guys think? I want a 3 lb pull

I've got Timney and Chip McCormick.  Both have been totally reliable, super simple to install, and are far better than stock trigger pull.  Been thinking about a Wilson TTU or Giessele SSA-E for the next switch.  I really prefer the single stage triggers.

Saw JP trigger group at Fleet Farm last week.  Didn't check price but they also had some Magpul products as well.

You need to decide if you like Single-stage or Two-stage trigger.

That said, I just got a JP trigger and LOVE IT.  It's a single stage trigger.

ETA:  Review

Now I have heard drop in triggers like Timney do not do well over time and that the AR was not meant for such a trigger.  Haven't heard real definitive proof on it but some substantiated claims from people who run their guns hard and in fast shooting situations.

I have the Timney and McCormick triggers as well.  I prefer the McCormick by a small margin, but both have been reliable over the years and thousands of rounds I have used them.

If you want a two-stage: Geisselle SSA-E. Super easy to install and great trigger.
