Not a for sale ad just a question.

I know this could be considered the wrong forum but I have a 12" Larue upper that I want to sell, Its never been on a lower and I don't even have a lower for it to go on. I was wondering the process that I would have to take to sell it since its a SBR. Unless its not a SBR until its on a lower..?

It's just a part. You can legally sell it regardless of barrel length just like any vendor can do the same. It's the buyer's responsibility to know the ramificatons if it's installed on a non-registered lower.
