| Thinking of buying an AR 10. Can anyone recommend brand? Armalite, DPMS. Heard good and bad about both. Will be used for hunting as well as target shooting. Will want to have option for bi pod as well as nice long range optics. Please help. New to this weapon system and appreciate any guidance from the experienced peeps. |

They make a 308 caliber rifle that is modeled like an ar. Anyway for 308 rifles you have a few choices. Best to look in the ar-10 section and the variants section. |
