[ARCHIVED THREAD] - multi-cal lower

scuse this question if it has been asked recently, but I couldn't find anything on the search menu. My Spike's lower is multi-cal. Could I just plop in a 6.8 spc, 6.5 grendel, 50 beo upper (complete) and call it good? Sorry for my ignorance in advance, but I would love to be able to switch. Or would I be better off just getting another ar

Yep you can switch uppers as you please. Even if it was marked 5.56 you could still switch uppers. I prefer ones that are multi cal just being sort of anal about that. The only problem is if you buy another upper it will probably grow into a complete rifle.
