Do you actually like in the UK?  I didnt think you could own the stuff over there.  Anyways the shotgun is meh, but the the ar and saiga is awesome.  How do you lke the Troy stock.  I like your ar build it looks diverse.  IMHO I do not like the magpul buis the apature is lacking, but other than that your set up looks great.

Looks pretty sweet.....make sure to get that Barska off there fast so it doesn't leave a stain on that sweet setup.

Cheers

The AR stock takes some getting used to, very small but comfy.

firearms can be owned here but we have strict laws and o where near the shooting land or locations

I thought you could not own anything semi auto, detacthable mag, etc.  I thought only pump type guns were allowed.  Explain more if possible.  Thanks

Nice setup on the weapons.
I also thought there were a lot more restrictions on ownership in G.B.
I know is not a technical discussion, but thought storage of weapons was not allowed at home (only allowed at clubs).
Is good to know our friends (over there) still have some freedoms.

Hope this helps. To own a shotgun is quite straight forward as long as you have good reason ( vermin control / clay or sport shooting etc ) and a british standard security cabinet fitted to an internal load bearing wall etc. you get a short visit off Plod ( the Police ) they make sure you are not drooling at the mouth and you can get a shotgun license which permits up to 3 shot capacity - i.e 2 shot over under for clays etc and up to 3 shot semi auto

Firearms - same process as above but they check in with your Doctor, you must be a member of a club that has ranges etc for the type of firearm you want to purchase and you must have due cause ! i.e vermin control, target / sports shooting etc. same home visit by plod and same british standard security lockers at home. each time you want to buy a different calibre weapon if you do not have the type on your license you have to submit it to the Police for a variation ( £26 per time ) and give them a reason for change

HOWEVER a firearm includes any shotgun with a capacity of more than 3 rounds and any centre fire rifle from small like .22LR up to 50 cal. After a few mass shootings in the 1990's our government decided overnight that we can not be trusted with semi auto rifles in anything bigger than .22LR and they were banned over night ! Hence a Spikes .22LR upper on order for me so i can shoot semi auto.

The lovely AK and AR you see are straight pull rifles, no gas parts ! Crank the handle for each shot ! This is madness law as you can own a semi auto shotgun and shoot slug ammo ! See what i mean about a crap government !

Dont forget though we do not have the same type of land available here as you have in the States especially for AR type shooting. These rifles are used on ranges and at official gun clubs.

Well, since I try to keep my glass half full I will say this: At least you have some type of firearms available to you...

How do you like the troy claymore? Here in Massachusetts compensators/brakes are ok, but flash suppressors are not. was looking at one for my current project build.

Have you thought of doing something like this...http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2009/02/03/bolt-action-ar-15/

Yes thought about a side cocking AR. there are a number of companies over here that supply great AR platforms with side actions. However i wanted the original look and feel of the rifle.
