Would anyone know which is the best-vs-value M4 complete lower receiver under $500? It must be compatible with either Noveske 10.5" light shorty or BCM standard 12.5" Upper.

If your budget is 500 and under Im sure you can just about get whatever you want in a lower. Best value, Id buy Spikes or BCM but I like to build my own now.
