I shoot with both eyes open.

I'm right-handed, right eye dominant if that matters.

If you can you want to have both eyes open.  But not everyone can do that...

I shoot with both eyes open, but since I'm left eye dominant I frequently have to close that eye for a moment to re-focus with my right. Years ago when I got into Aimpoints and ACOGs it took a lot of trigger time to get over that-particularly when using a BAC-equipped ACOG.

I shoot with the left closed but am trying to re-learn and use both eyes opened.

It takes a long time.  The good thing is you don't even have to shoot to get this down.  Lot's of dry firing.  At this point it would be difficult for me to close an eye.

Both open, and I open my eyes wider rather than squint.  More data, more light.

It isn't something that you can just start doing at the drop of a hat though, it takes some practice.

Both with the large aperture. Typically one eye with the smaller aperture though. Not because I can't see it, but it just helps me focus more on longer range targets.

I keep my left eye closed with Irons and both open wihen using a aimpoint.
