This is how she sits today. Still waiting on a scope/acog. Any other things id like to get are some more 30rd mags (I hate ny), more ammo, and a chrome bcg(for the cool factor, and ease of cleaning). Going to the range for the first time with her today in a few hours. I plan to go thru 250rounds with her today. But anyways, here she is...

| well, put 260 rounds thru her. Grouped everything great @ 50yards with irons. Grouped everything good @ 100yards. No malfunctions, no jams...all in all, love this rifle. Can wait to get some kind of optics but I dunno if I wanna spend 500 on an eotech...can anyone recommend a good magnified red dot/acog or a decent scope? |

Try Primary Arms for great prices on Eotech, Aimpoint and Burris. The Burris Tac-30 is a good 1-4x illuminated scope. The Weaver 1-3x is a very good affordable option. I have an Eotech XPS2-0 and a Weaver 1-3X. The eotechs prices have jumped. |

i just ordered one of these. i cannot for the life left in me figure out why an eotech is 400+ dollars. i will have this scope mounted this next week, and a range run over the weekend. i will have some data available then if you would be interested. |

If it was I and I had 500 dollars to spend I would either go with a vortex 1x4 , burris tac 30 1x4 or check out the leatherwood 1x4 . swfa has a pretty good deal on the comp -c3 kit if a 1x is your cup of tea . they also have a super sniper 1x4 which looks promising , its a bit more money but has good reviews. |

ItemUnit PriceQty.Cost EOTech XPS3-2 Holosight [remove] $569.00 $569.00 Subtotal:$569.00 25% savings:-$142.25 Total: Not bad... A bit out of my range though. I have had my eye on a vortex sparc for some time now, the reviews are all great and for under $200 I don't think that it can be beat for the price. |

Well why don't you go out and purchase all the equipment, and hire the people that are needed to make such a optic and see what your first unit costs you. I think you would be greatly surprised. Hint, you can pick them up gently used, LNIB for around $300. |
