When spikes advertises this upper as 16", do they mean 16" with the muzzle device on, or it's a 16" barrel and the muzzle device will make it 18"? It does not say on their website besides the fact that it's 16". Stupid question I know, but figured I would ask.

If you want to keep it the shortest without the SBR stuff, get a 14.5in with a muzzle brake long enough to bring the length over 16 inches after it is permanantly attached, which you gotta do anyway in MA... Hey BTW, off topic: you ever end up using your Wrangler to plow with? If so, what size plow did you go with? I am looking into the same thing myself. |

Thanks Just like with any other manufcaturer, they would specify if the barrel length was below 16" with the muzzle device installed. 16" means that the barrel itself is just that, 16". A removable muzzzle device woudln't count toward the total OAL of the barrel. Think about it. |
