The Colt LE6921 and LE6933 are factory SBR's.  They have a Roll mark that reads "M4LE"

Some folks like the "M4" roll mark from Colt, but they don't want to do the NFA paperwork shuffle, so they are willing to pay for a lower that has been taken off the NFA registry.

$795 is too much for that lower. I understand that the new SP6920 will have the
M4 Carbine rollmark without the "LEO only" language on the receiver.

Yeah, but they'll probably say "sporter" or "match target" or some other such.
