I have build a few AR,s but a friend asked me to help him with his build and he told me he purchased a A3 upper with no M-4 ramps, All the ones I have gotten from Areo and form Grizzly have had the ramps so Im asking if any have had any expierence with this since I know the Barrel kit has the ramps built in to the extension.. So any insite would be appricated..

You'll be alright using a barrel with an M4 extension in combination with an upper without M4 cuts.
