I'm in the midst of ordering a 6.8 rifle from AR Performance.
So far, Harrison answers e-mails late into the night. Donna is really helpful. I'll keep you all posted on what appears to be a first rate outfit. |

You won't be sorry buying from ARP. I have bought several things from them and with Murphy being my best friend, I have had my usual share of boo-boos. No need to go into details, just know that H and D have gotten the problems corrected very quickly and without a lot of BS about who really screwed up or who's to blame. None of this,'Well, so-and-so lost it so it is not our problem' (which I have gotten from other companies) or 'we have to wait anywhere from 10 business days to 4 weeks to do anything' (which I have also gotten from other companies), they just make it right and then settle up with the shipper. They corrected the problems as quick as is humanly possible and never once failed to answer any of my questions or e-mails. This sort of crap happens with me with just about every company I do business with (and some wonder why I refuse to play the lottery) and IMO what separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls is they way they handle problems when they happen, and ARP gets top scores. Of course, there have been quite a few orders that never had any problem what so ever, so don't let this sound like any kind of criticism of them, far from it, let this serve as a heads up that if you DO have a problem, no need to go blabbing about it on the net and asking around what to do and if they will stand behind their stuff. They are and they do. One e-mail or phone call will get things corrected and they will correct it in a very timely fashion without any BS.
And their product's quality, second to none. |
