Can anyone tell about them? I'm thinking of buying one of their stripped lowers but know nothing about them.

I have assembled a few, they are GTG (at least mine were).
I do believe there have been a few with less than perfect anodizing, not mine
The machine work, fitment, and finish have been first rate.
One of mine is just a little tight with some P-mags, not bad.
All in all, I recommend them on my experiences.
There are several threads on Aero-P receivers and I don't remember anything that would cause me worry.
Their machine shop and machining precision is top notch.

I've used two so far and they've been good. One doesn't accept pmags all that great, but the more recent one does.

They are a good lower, especially for the price.

I cant give you my opinion til tomorrow. I got a call that the three pack I ordered just showed up at my FFL.
I bought them only cause they were priced right and I have always heard good things about the quality that Aero puts out.

I just got my upper installed last week. I did the work myself.  I had a complete RRA A2 I found that I didn't like my scope that high.  The Aero A3 upper was great both looks and fit.
I beleive the lower will be just as nice.

Aero Precision makes lowers for several companies, they're just branded with someone else's name.  If you buy a lower it's a good chance it's an AP.  They're GTG.

I have two stripped lowers both of which are very nicely machined.  I just dropped a Spike's lpk in one and everything went smooth.  In my opinion they are gtg and I love the roll mark.

Me too. I call my mid-length fixed-stock carbine the 'AP15 A4'.

Note to self: take a picture without the freakin' bayonet.

Working on my first build with an AP Lower.  I have nothing to compare it to, but machining, fit with LPK and detailing were great.  Only complaint on mine is some minimal "blotchiness" on the anodizing.

I have an Aero upper and lower on this one. My next build will be on another Aero lower, I like them.
