Was wanting to ask opinion on this. I have a new Sig 556 Classic and a Bushmaster 14.5 M4 Carbine.
I was wanting to build, and improve and improve one for various usages, plinking, Coyote hunting defense and even SHTF scenario
I will eventually build and improve both or sell one for a better backup and build it but for now need one built as both are fairly stock rifles.
Will be purchasing spare and improved cycling parts as well as rail system, sights tact light, grips and other various accessories, would like new barrel and rail system for the Bush
So curious which rifle would you spend money to build first, both with the improvements planned, will cost about the same $$$$. Thanks for your thoughts.

I'd say upgrade the Bushy first.
Improvements will probably show there affect much quicker, and the sky is the limit as to how much you can do.
