I'm looking at getting another upper, I was thinking about getting a 20" 16" or a 14.5" I'll get a SBR stamp if i get the 14.5" I have a 16" HBAR CAR length gas. I'll use it for plinking, and hunting

SBR stamp for a 14.5" ? Why not pin the FH and avoid the tax or go shorter and get a real SBR

You took the keystrokes right out from under my finger tips.
OP, pin a Vortex, Blackout, or extended A2 if you go the 14.5" route.

BCM would be an excellent choice. Very high quality at an economical price.

I did a lt wt mid w/ perm'd fsc556 for my last build, I would highly recommend it. It wasn't a BCM build- but everything except the barrel was from BCM.
