I have spikes ar with a free floating rail system, i have tango down grip it will not fit it is to small at the contact spot to the rail, it needs to be wider, does anyone know one that will fit, or does someone have a rifle with that system and can point me in the right direction,,,,,thank you

You must have the non-QD VFG. Take a small file and open up the channel on one side of the VFG. Make a pass with the file and check fitment, repeat.



My first VFG purchase was a Tango Down VFG that would not fit on my DD rail. I returned it for the QD version.

Same here ... the non-QD version I had wouldn't fit my MI or DD rails but did fit (tightly) on my Troy drop in rail. I finally sold that grip and I'm currently running a Spikes and Larue FUG .. both fit on all my rails.
