16" bull barrel isn't a very popular configuration but I'd guess $700.

I think you would be lucky to get $700 at this time. Wait for the next scare.

I don't think it'll be an easy sell but if someone actually wants a 16" bull $700 is a fair asking price IMO. Assuming it has a 2stg trigger (as most factory RRAs do) and considering it has a CTR on it, I'd say those two things add $100 to the guns value.

A new rra in a config like this is over 1100.700 seems awful low.

And most people dont realize that 1100 for that gun from RRA is a pretty bad deal.  Yours is also used, no matter how "few" rounds have been put through it.

You might be able to fetch closer to that number from someone who doesn't know much about ARs in a private sale at a gunshow or something, but I wouldnt expect anywhere near that trying to sell it on here.

Unfortunately you're not just competing with a new RRA in that configuration. There are all kinds of deals now on new and used ARs of all brands. Bad time to sell a used AR now.

If it were a pre-ban Colt you could've gotten $1100. Now adays most guys can build a kit gun for around $700 new.

You may have over 1000 into your rifle, but now it is just another used rifle.  The prices for a new AR off the rack is back to 600 to 700 dollars.  Nobody is going to pay more than 500 or 600 for a used gun.  No one I know anyway.  No offense, but the market just won't support that price right now.  You may have paid top dollar for all your parts.  But, once you put them together, it's just a used, home made gun with used parts in it.  If there were another "they're gonna take our guns away" scare ....... you'll be able to get your money back out of it.  But until then, you're better off keeping it, or parting it out.

I am going to guess that since your in NY, that the gun is in post ban configuration which is going to limit the people who would want to buy it to those of us in ban states. Keep that in mind when you go to sell it.
