| Where can I buy an unfinished barrel, mid length no gas port drilled and no barrel extension installed? Or a mid length with a ambidextrous extension installed? |
| Not sure what your trying to do but a standard barrel extension works perfectly fine on a Lefty upper. I spent a few hours on the phone with Stag's engineer, he said it's ok to use a standard extension, he said after apx. 50 rounds a standard extension will break and be the same as using a Lefty extension. The only difference in the two extension is a very slight bevel on the back side of the lugs. I've sense built a few hundred Lefty's using standard extensions/barrels and never seen the slightest issue. |
