| Is Anyone running a RRA Fixed entry stock? Opinions? Likes ? Dislikes? |
|
Got it on my RRA entry tac.
It's a little on the short side for my liking, but if you need to have mobility in tight situations, then this is the shortest solid stock out there I think. I've been told its the perfect length for using with body armor, as the shorter stock works well with the bulk of the armor itself. No idea if you plan on using your rifle in that kind of application. But also remember that most collapsible stocks are the same length as this stock when they are collapsed all the way down. So basically, it depends on what you plan on doing with your rifle. |
| If you live in a ban state like I do its cheaper to go this way rather than buy and pin a stock (unless you can pin yourself). I got an entry stock from RRA on my first AR but ended up adding a 1" extension with QD mount holes. I also added a trap door plate for some storage. Sucks they send them with non trap door plates. |

Quoted: My girlfriend wanted an M16A2 style AR, but a full-size would have been just too big for her so we went with a RRA Midlength A2 upper with RRA Entry stock. I think it turned out to be really cool: http://i335.photobucket.com/albums/m446/bdsmchs/_CHS9648.jpg The stock is a BIT short for me, but I think would benefit with an added 1" spacer. She loves the gun. BOTD worthly forsur |
