Has anyone seen one and does anyone know where one might be found outside of ordering one from RRA and waiting forever?

I saw a complete Elite Comp rifle at Whitaker's guns in West Louisville Ky. I'm not sure Whitaker's would ship to NY but he has a website. You might check with Pete at Legal transfers. Pete gets a lot of RRA arms uppers.
