the splintered A is anchor harvey forge... aside from that there is no way of telling who did the final machining, assembly, and finish of your upper...
are there any markings on the barrel? the barrel looks like most "cheapo" barrel profiles, so it could be any number of low end kit guns |

Good evening chondroguy, all.
The barrel looks exactly like the two Model 1 Sales 16" carbine, 1:9 twist, non-chromed HBARs that I purchased from Midway USA last year. I personally love them. They balence great and they are accurate as all hell. My first build uses a Rock River Arms bolt carrier group behind the same barrel you picture and will put 55 grain UMC FMJs into one hole at 100 yards all day. Just because your setup isn't the flavor of the month around here doesn't meen you should'nt go out and put a few thousand fun rounds down range with that setup. Here's to safe and happy shooting.

| Chondroguy, I have the same mystery barrel on an A2 upper the has a keyhole (Cerro) forge mark. No markings on my FSB. It came on a Lauer lower that I found out was shipped as a striped lower. I figure that somebody around here built it. I only live about 15 miles from Model 1 Sales. |
