| Well, I've gotten to shoot my new RRA once since it came on the 2nd of this month, but I have to say...I LOVE IT! Damn this cold weather. If it doesn't warm up soon I'm just going to say screw it and brave the snow and cold. I have been pleased with every aspect of the rifle so far. I'm still new to rifles but it seems that everything is pretty quality on the RRA. I just installed a Magpul ASAP last night(that was a bit of a pain in the ass) which makes it that much better. The more I take the rifle apart and get familiar with it the more I love it. It definitely makes me want to built my own in the not so distant future. To make things even better, I took a buddy I work with that previously had no interest in firearms to the gun show in KC last Saturday and now he's saving up to buy a handgun. After talking to another buddy of mine and seeing my new purchase he's got an AK on the way. It will be nice to be able to get some experience with both platforms. Anyway, nothing big, just felt like letting you guys know that the love is spreading in my circle! |

"okay"  we saved up, got them 2 ys ago this summer. now my bro and other friend both have them as well and another is trying to save up... she'll get it once she gets the coin for it.
I cant deside what i like more, the ak or ar... both have their perks... ak is just as comfortable as an ar but in a different way, just depends on the day 
glad to hear your enjoying your RRA! they make good stuff. The one guy i shoot with sometimes swears by them and has never had an issue. on a side note, i know you just contracted brd, but i suggest buying an ak in the future, i have both and its extacy shooting both in the same outing! |
| I have the RRA Tactical operator and I think I hit a home run with it. Yeah I wouldn't mind having an AR and an AK, I'll see how I like the feel of it once my buddy gets his. I have no doubts I'll love AKs too. Another buddy of mine has a SAIGA and a couple of other guns. We're planning on taking them all out to his grandparents property and having a fun day here pretty soon. Now to stock up on ammo! I also want to either trade in my handgun or add another to the fold. I'll just have to see how much I can get for it. Also may need to start looking for a second job to fun all these goodies lol. |
