Has anyone ordered from this place? I placed an order 4 days ago, got an email confirming my order when i placed it but i haven't heard from them otherwise. I've emailed them and when i call their 1-888 number today it said that the number was not in service.
I'm just wondering if i should just call my CC company and block the order if it tries to go through. I'd hate to have to go through some BS with the CC comp. later.

March of 2003 join date and this is your 4th post.  You are supposed to ask this question before you order. To answer the question, I have never heard of them before now.

I ordered a couple things from them last year, and other than one thing being on backorder and me being a dumbass, it went pretty well.
I decided to order something from them again this past Dec., and got a confirmation email just like you. Then nothing. For a month. They never charged my card, so I wasn't that concerned. But the 30 day mark hit, with zero correspondence from them, so I emailed them and told them to cancel my order. It has now been 60 days. I can still check my order status and it says it's pending. I still have had no one try to contact me. On the plus side, my card still hasn't been charged. And my bank knows to cancel the charge when it comes through, or any charge on that account, because it was a one time use charge card number for a specific amount. I think they went under and haven't told their web host yet, so the host is still taking orders for a company that is no longer. |
