I have a DPMS with the A2 fixed carry handle and I was wanting some advice as far as red dot options that are some that are decent quality as well as low pro that wont brake the bank. I am kind of leaning tords bushel's version of the ACOG but not sure yet.

I am also what are some good brand of barrel mounts as well as tack light that that are decent quality as well as low pro that wont brake the bank. Any help on what's good what bad would be a large help to me.

Why not buy a decent light and some trijicon nights sights and save up for a decent optics later?

I was just in your shoes last month, i went with a barska electro sight, Link And I love it, holds zero and the reticle is awsome.

I have the bushnell trophy on my AR right now, but will be get another optic soon. The optic is good for what it is, but IMHO I would go ahead and spent the extra $150 or so on a Eotech 510/511. Think the Eotech 510 is going for around $350.

I've never bought cheap crap and been happy with it. Just about every time I have bought the "compromise" choice, whether that's been optics, or a firearm, etc, I have ended up selling the item for a loss, and then purchased what I should have the first time.

Bushnell's version of the ACOG is only similar in external appearance.
