I am looking for a 16 inch carbine heavy barrel assembly with a 1/9 twist, or even a 1/7 twist and it does not have to be chrome lined.
The kicker is I only have $250 to spend. I know RRA is in my price range but from what I understand they have a really long wait time.
Does anyone else have a suggestion on where else I could find a barrel fairly soon? Thanks.

Do you have something to trade?
I have one I am looking to get rid of for a lighter barrel.

I have a Oly HB Plinker that is very accurate. Have you priced their barrels? 1-9 chrome moly non chrome lined.

I later lathe turned mine down to a medium profile just to take weight off. It's still more accurate than I am.

Try looking at Dez Arms.  I bought a 16" barrel from them and was very please with quality and accuracy.  Yesterdays shooting @ 100 yds, my friend was shooting .75" for 5 rnds.  Wish I hadn't sold it to him.  Cost was under $150.
