Hey guys I am considering a Noveske M4 Basic Upper and I want to install a MI SS series hand guard on it. My question is will I still be able to do this with the permanent flash hider on this upper?

Thanks, Dax Short answer: No. Long answer: Yes, with a but... You must remove and replace the barrel nut on the N4 with the one which is supplied with the MI SS tube. To do this you must be able to get the FSB off the barrel. To do this you must unscrew the the flash hider. It is possible to remove and reinstall a pinned and welded muzzle devise, but it is obviously more involved then just getting a 19mm wrench. |

The only 2 piece rail I will ever buy is a DD Omega. +1 I would have to agree, the omega is a great rail. I did just install a KAC RAS II on my N4 and I love it. It's a free float version of the RAS.The only downside is that it limits you to use an Aimpoint or an ACOG because of the hump. I use an ACOG
