Ok so I picked up a Mega Billett lower and installed a DPMN parts kit.  Now I just have two questions:

My safety lever seems really loose and doesn't provide a distinct click or feel that it is locked into a safe or fire position.  I am not sure if maybe I put it in wrong or if thats even possible.  It does go from safe to fire just doesn't seem very tight like my other AR.

Also I am looking for a stock and just need some opinions.  I am deciding between a VLTOR E-Mod, Magpul ACS, and Magpul CTR.  I am planning a 14.5" barrel w/ pinned FH and basically going as lightweight as I can get.  I also have a Magpul MOE on my other AR and like that one but from what I understand the CTR is much better for the price.  Is the E-Mod or ACS too heavy for what I am trying to do?

Is your selector detent and selector detent spring (properly) installed?

The CTS is a real nice stock and along the lightweight/minimalist lines of your build.

Take a look at the basic Vltor Modstock.  Here is one on my rifle.  It has a 14.5" pinned as well.  It is the lightest out of all of my rifles.  Hope this is helpful

like the above post says, i'd check to make sure your spring and the detent for the safety are correct. you might have put in the wrong detent or the spring might be too short or something. what kind of grip are you using? it may be the grip's fault. who knows.

as far as stocks, it's either the Vltor or the CTR if you have a $100 budget and you really want the stock to have absolutely zero wiggle.  if you want to save $50, i'd get the MOE. you can spend the extra money on the Magpul ASAP, and save up a bit more for a sling, or you can get an MBUS.

yeah...check your detent.

i have an emod and don't find it all that heavy. i got it for the cheek weld and batt. storage. my backup choice was the ctr. i would go for the ctr unless you want a better cheek weld.
