Thinking of putting a Mega lower on my BCM upper. How is the fit and finish between the two?

What he said. Upper lower fit really varies from unit to unit. If it isn't tight enough you can always do the o-ring or accuwedge trick. I've also read someone who blended an upper and lower using jb weld.

If you're talking about physical mating, it should be GTG. If you're talking about color/texture matching, you should get into decorating

My BCM upper does have a lot of purpleish tint to it but it doesn't really bother me. If you soak it in CLP it gives it a "deeper" black look but like I said I'm not really concerned with winning a beauty pageant.
