I just made the purchase of a optic ready bushmaster, well I want to put a flipup front sight on it, but I don't want to have to remove the gas block to add one. So what are my options?

Change your hand guard to a 9" DD Omega and mount a flip up sight to it.  DD Omegas are expensive - I mentioned it because of the ease of installation.  You could use a MI rail or something cheaper, but you would need to remove the Delta ring.  A drop in rail is not an option since it will move to much to keep a zero.

I don't know where I saw it at, but didn't Bushmaster make a flipup front sight that just bolted onto the gas block?

There are flip up sights that mount to railed gas blocks.  Don't you have a gas block that looks like a cut down front sight base?  If so, I have never seen a sight that bolts to one of those, but they may be out there.  If you do have a railed gas block just go to a front sight made for a railed gas block.  Midwest Industries makes one.
