Sorry, should have clarified. The threads on the barrel nut, the part the free float rail threads onto.

DD Omega is a drop in free float and does not have threads. so no.

This thread shows some rails being installed. link

not all ff rails have threads... I only have experience with my Troy, so maybe I just don't understand what your asking.
