I am looking at buying an upper for a build some time soon and I am looking at getting a BCM. My store of ammo is 55gr FMJ`s. How well does the 1:7 twist BCM shoot the 55gr? My current AR has a 1:9 twist and it loves the 55gr!

I sighted in a 4x ACOG on my BCM 1/7 mid-length today with 55gr XM193 and put up a few 1.5" groups at 100 yards. And I'm not the best benchrest shooter. The 1/7 will handle 55gr just fine.
