Does Colt use Anchor Harvey forged uppers on their rifles?

Who the hell is Anchor Harvey? Unless he works for Colt in there factory no he does not make there uppers.

I'm sure they have used and do use forgings from any of the major forges.

Not sure about uppers, but they did use A.H. forgings for detachable carry handles.
