New A1/C7 uppers, with the brass deflector, are available from several vendors. A1 uppers, without the brass deflector, are available new from NoDak Spud.
ETA - And if you meant slickside (no brass deflector or forward assist) NoDak and Fulton Armory both sell new ones. |

Check NoDakSpud for both slickside and A1 uppers. Their website headings are a little misleading, but the retro uppers are in there. First class stuff, by reputation and personal experience with their lowers.

I have this one that is brand new with never a round fired through it that came off my wife's DPMS Panther Lite when we swapped it out for a flat top. (She had flat top envy when my Stag arrived)
